Vegan Meals of the Day #1

Come see what I eat in a day with a look back on my first ever Vegan Meals of the Day video posted back in 2014.

Breakfast:

  1. Sally’s Cereals Cinnamon Plum Organic Oatmeal
  2. PC Organics Whole Frozen Strawberries
  3. Earth’s Own Almond Fresh Coconut Milk
  4. Almonds

Lunch:

  1. Left over quinoa pasta with carrots, corn, tomatoes, Daiya and tomato sauce.
  2. Pear
  3. Carrot
  4. Camino Raspberries 65% Dark Chocolate

Dinner Tacos:

  1. Whole wheat tortillas, oiled and placed in oven to create hard shells
  2. Oil, onions, Yves Beef Veggie Tenders, smoked paprika, garlic powder, seasoning salt, crushed red pepper heated in pan
  3. Spinach, peppers, tomatoes, salsa, avocado and daiya vegan cheese for stuffing the tacos
